Eye of the Storm
I have been going to Eye of the Storm for 3 years now and its been great. I like the mix of cardio and MMA in 1 class. Would recommend for anyone who wants to learn self defence.

Eye of the storm has a amazing community that manages to make sure you are being trained well as well as making it feel like a second home. Kiosh Soroka is a incredible teacher who knows what he's doing and is good at what he does. He also inspires you to akira menai (never give up)which is something I really like. Also the group of black belts and brown belts that teach along side Kiosh Soroka are extremely skilled and good teachers who inspire you to go farther than what you think is possible.

Eye of the Storm
I have been attending the morning kickbox classes since November of 2014. Derrick is a tough and kind kickboxing instructor. He pushes you to work as hard as you can and his classes have increased my fitness level. I appreciate the technical instruction and inclusive atmosphere in these classes.

Eye of the Storm
I've been going to Eye of The Storm for over 4 years now. As a 61 year old retired guy, I can say that it has really helped me. While I still struggle; my ballance, endurance, flexibility and stamina have all improved dramatically. Derrick is a great instructor. Pushing you to work harder, while giving positive encouragement the whole time. It is a great workout for all ages.

Eye of the Storm
I have being doing martial arts with Derek at Eye of the Storm for about 13 years now.I am now a third degree black belt on the martial arts side of the studio but I started on the kick boxing side.The training and support I have received through the years from Derek and his other instructors is amazing. Including supporting me and helping me work through some very challenging health issues over the years.I would recommend Eye of the Storm to anyone. Derek is very real, he shoots from the hip and cares for everyone of his students with all of his heart.

A great place to train!! The MMA class is an intense work out pushing your physical capability's to the max. Derrick has designed a program with a great mix of arts that are very complimentary to one another. I enrolled my son and have seen huge development in self confidence and physical capability. A strong focus on real world" scenario's to prepare one for any self defense situation. Great instructors all around and a good group of people to train with."

Always an awesome workout! Amazing cardio while learning proper technique are the perfect combination. Fantastic for beginners or advanced martial artists. Just come to class & Derrick will do the rest:)

I have been kickboxing with Derrick at Eye of The Storm since January 2016 and I absolutely love it! It is fun environment to push yourself and learn a valuable skill all while getting stronger. Great workout with fun people and no judgement!
