Unified Martial Arts is an excellent gym for both beginners and experienced martial artists. Not many gyms can build a family mentality among it’s members, but UMA is the exception.

Love coming here! I started out with zero experience in the womens kickboxing class for a good workout (which I definitely get every time I go!) and found a group of people that are passionate about what they do and are so welcoming to anyone that comes in. I can’t speak highly enough about the coaches and members. Everyone is there to support and learn from each other. Definitely recommend trying it out whether just for a good workout or if you’re in search of a new gym to train at.
